Ho Hin Leng 

Ms Ho Hin Leng was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 1985 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam in the same year. She has practised continuously in Brunei Darussalam since her admission and is an appointed Commissioner for Oaths.

With over decades of legal experience, Ms Ho is widely regarded for her sound legal advice and practical approach. Her practice covers conveyancing and property law, banking and security documentation, corporate and commercial law, and civil litigation, including debt recovery and matrimonial matters.

Catherina Loo 

Ms Catherina Loo obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) degree from the University of Keele, United Kingdom, in 2018. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Inner Temple in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam in 2020.

Her practice focuses on conveyancing, banking matters, intellectual property, probate and administration of estates, and other non-contentious civil matters.

In 2025, she completed an exclusive hybrid training programme for trademark practitioners in Tokyo, Japan, strengthening her expertise in intellectual property law.
